Embarking on his journey into the real estate industry in 2021 alongside Josie at the inception of Century 21 Josie Smith and Co, Hayden began as a Sales Associate eager to learn and driven to be the absolute best he could be. Bringing a modern perspective to the sales process, Hayden worked closely with Josie Smith as her Sales Associate and later as Executive Assistant to the Principal for the last four years, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across all areas of the business.
Today, Hayden has transitioned into the role of Operations Manager at Century 21 Josie Smith and Co, allowing him to cover more ground and deliver an even higher level of service across the business. In this role, Hayden works closely with Principal Josie Smith, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing high-level support across sales, property management, administration, and client care. His in-depth knowledge of the business allows him to confidently tackle challenges as they arise, whether assisting Century 21 agents through the sales process, resolving operational hurdles, or ensuring systems and processes run smoothly.
Hayden has established himself as a pivotal part of the Century 21 Josie Smith and Co team, with his contribution and presence valued on a daily basis.
Locally born and educated within the Ipswich and Greater Springfield area, Hayden is deeply connected to his community and holds strong respect for his hometown. He is genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional service to the local area he proudly calls home.

Community Support
Partnered with Hannah's House - Hannah’s House provides crisis accommodation and mobile support to young women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. They have been assisting young women since 1982 by empowering and supporting them to implement positive change in their lives.
Hannah's House offers a safe, caring and encouraging environment where young women can come in a time of crisis. During their stay at Hannah's House, their caring staff work alongside them to help get their lives back on track.
Linking the young women with support networks within the community based on their needs and circumstances. Hannah's House also provides many different services to assist young women in setting goals and seeing positive outcomes where they can live successfully and independently.
