Leading our property management department, Renee is responsible for strategic and operational direction. Being an award-winning Property Manager, Renee leads her team by example across all facets of real estate. Her role ensures that clients of Century 21 Josie Smith and Co’s asset management and the team receive guidance, support and growth to help them reach their goals.
Having started her career in 2009, the wealth of knowledge and extensive experience that Renee brings to the team is indispensable. Awarded as the Top Property Manager in Queensland, plus numerous other awards whilst maintaining a 5 Star Google Review Rating – Renee’s dedication to the industry and to her clients is undeniable.
Priding herself on her outstanding customer service, Renee maintains a steadfast dedication to proactive influence in the face of day-to-day challenges. She is very much a ‘people’s person’ and is always looking for solutions to ensure her clients and tenants are receiving an expert level of customer care. Engaging her clients with a hands-on approach through a clear line of communication, Renee’s ability to effectively communicate with her clients continues to build strong lifelong relationships with her landlords and tenants.

I have only been renting through Century 21 for 9 months but have found this company is a bit different from other rental agencies.
The reason they are a bit different is they care about their tenants, recently when we had a heatwave the air conditioner broke down.
Made one phone call to Renee Haywood, our property manager who arranged to have it fixed the very next day.
Who then followed up and rang the next day to see if all was well.

I cannot recommend Renee and the team at C21 Josie Smith enough. I recently had a poor experience purchasing my investment property in Ipswich (through another agency) as an interstate buyer. Renee called me first thing the very next morning.
